"I need to get a good gate." -Thomas Allier
  ERIN DAUGHTRY: the gate

ALICIA ELL- the track
The first thing you should do is EXPERIMENT with different lines and where you need to pedal in a race. Find the places you definatley need to pedal to keep your postion. But try to pedal in as many places as possible. Next, try to fing the line (inside, middle, or outside)that is best for you. i see a lot of riders thinking that the inside is the best advantage. Which in some cases it is. but i see a lot of motos where all the riders go to the inside and they ride like that all the way around the track!! Try the outside line in practice.. its a good line and when you have a full gate i guarntee nobodys going to go out there.. You might have to pedal a little more. But its worth a try.. You might like it!

TARA LEHMAN- the rythms
well first you have to push down with your feet and your arms right before you go over the
otherside of the "hump" and you dont need to pedal if you do it right because it will give you enough speed to go all the way through without having to pedal. Once yu get the hang of it.. Then it will be pretty easy and youll be a master and if you
need anymore help then come and find me or
(alicia) and we can help you out with it in person person and do it step by step which is a lot easier then reading it on the computer.

"If you pedal alot you'll go alot faster"- Alicia Ell
